Tuesday 24th june

First we did jump jam to wake us up in the morning. It was a very small class today because of all the girls at a netball tournament. In the roll we did counting in Te reo from 35, Also we did I te aha koe? which simply means what are you doing? We also did Kei te aha tenei? which means what is this object? Then we did the bus board and news centre to see what's happening today in the school. Then after the roll we did more Te reo. We played a game of Te reo bingo then it was morning tea.

After morning tea we did some silent reading with our own books from the library and from home, and drank our milk. It was very quiet apart from the sound of milk slurping and guzzling. We read our books for about half-an-hour. Then we did some work on our football World Cup presentations and we went to the hall and did folk dancing then it was lunch.

After lunch we did the roll then we did art we were finishing of our CD covers,
Other people were doing their art project. Then the girls came back from the netball tournament and they came 9th in it. Also we had a bit of a gossip at the end of the day.
This is a mouse that someone in Ruru made out of a nut shell.
