Monday 23rd June

We started of the day doing jump jam. Then we did a basic facts test sheet to see if we could beat our high score and to see if we improved.
Then Mrs.Roberts talked to us about our wrist to foot survey to see why we need to measure more people than just your group.

This is a picture of when Mrs.Roberts was talking to us about different size feet because some people got confused with centimetres and millimetres in measurement because that is our topic in maths. Then it was morning tea.
After morning tea we went to the library and drank our milk after we drank our milk we: returned, issued and reserved the books that we got out the week before.
After that we went back to class and Mrs.Roberts talked to us about the poem contest and we looked at some WW1 books and read about the Great WW1. Mrs.Roberts split us into groups, and gave the groups a book each to read and fill out different sections. And the sections were: sight, hearing, smell, taste, touch, feel and interesting worlds. After the books we went to solo assembly which was Tuatara doing their item about empathy. After solo assembly it was lunch.

After lunch  we did the sasa and singing. After singing we did folk dancing with Kea, Paua and Kiwi and had a bit of competition. Then we read our book called the Cay. Then it was bell
