On Monday we woke up in the morning hearing that the Ruapehu ski fields were closed instead we went rock climbing Jarmell got the top score on the time trial wall after that we went outside for the famous Ohakune chocolate eclairs. We went to the Army camp to use their private pool we went for a hour and got out, after lunch we went back to the Plateau Lodge because we were packing to head up to the mountain we got there at four o'clock and went for a big hike over to the lodge after that we got shown to our rooms and unpacked after we unpacked we all went outside for some fun in the snow before lessons the next day.

Thanks Riley. It certainly looks like you Rurus are having fun. I hope to hear all about your skiing adventures later on tonight. It looks as though we also may get some snow on the Rimutaka hill road later on today!
