First we started off with our run to warm up and get our brain working.
Next we practised some Maori on Languagenut a website on the interactive white board where you can learn different languages. We learnt lots of different members of the family.
Then we did our maths Mrs Roberts was helping us learn our 9 time tables.Red group were adding and subtracting decimals. Green group were doing addition and subtraction sums on a sheet. Blue group were finishing off there number line sheet. Then blue group had to do some maths out of a maths book. Yellow group were working with Pip.
After morning tea we did some silent writing. When there is a picture on the board and we have to write a story about it.
Then we did our Upper Hutt brochure.
Next we read in our reading groups. Red group carried on with their research about WW2 (world war 2).Blue group did a brain storm about fossils. Yellow group were working with Mrs Roberts on the mat talking and asking questions about their book. Green group were doing a tagxedo on the computers. Then yellow group had to ask some questions about the book.
After reading some people came in from Thailand. They told us where where they were born and what school they went to.
Then it was lunch.
After lunch we did our roll and went to singing. We sang Upside Down by Jack Johnson (Off curious George ). Next we practised our Sasa a Samoan dance.
Then Mrs Roberts read us the story we are reading called "Archies Adventures". Right now Archie has won all the trophies at the fishing competition by using dog vomit as bait.
