Tuesday

Today we started off with the thinking keys- Alternative key we were thinking about how to raise money without advertising.Most of us came up with some really good ideas like singing on streets and busking. 


After our thinking keys we did some maths. Green group were doing some maths sums. And then writing down what strategy they used.Red group were practising adding decimals.For Blue group Mrs Roberts wrote down some maths questions on the board. The blue group had to answer them using number lines. The yellow group were working with Pip they were adding and subtracting they also played a maths game called Solute.








 Then it was morning tea some of us were on room monitoring and some were on mathletics.


After  morning tea we did some silent reading at our desks.



 Then we did some more research about Upper Hutt. And all the cool events that happen.

Next it was reading in our groups.Red group had finished reading their article about world war 2's allies, and enemies.Blue group had read a book about Mary Anning and how she would find fossils to sell for money. After we had read that article we wrote a summary about the book. Green group were reading a article about world war 2 they had to ask some specific questions about the world war 2.they also went on a site called Tagxedo. Yellow group were working with Mrs Roberts on the mat. They were talking about the article they read.



Then is was lunch.

After lunch we were making a remake of a certain logo
like SPCA and other organizations.





Next Mrs Roberts read us the chapter book we are reading called "Archie's Adventures"
a book about a boy that isn't good at anything well that's what he thinks.

Then is was the end of the day.
