21 Monday June

We shared our class with Kiwi today because most of Ruru where away. That was because of netball and basketball. We did everything with them. Before morning tea we wrote a story. Mrs Roberts chose a picture of a peculiar animal, and we had to write a story about the animal. The Kiwis wrote their stories on handmade books, while the Ruru's did theirs on Chromebooks or their writing books. I chose to do mine on the Chromebook.

After morning tea, we went back to our writing. During our writing period, we had a Gonoodle break. After we had boogied around, we learnt a new excercise, using two rounded wood sticks. When the bell rang, we packed up our stuff for lunch.

It's after lunch, and we crowd into the library. Thanks to Nadine, we had a great time. Soon after that, we did some more Gonoodle in Ruru.

Here we are having fun dancing.

Once we had finished our Gonoodle, Mrs Roberts and ourselves did some art.

Here is the start of our owl. Looking good!

Here is Mrs Roberts' adorable owlet.

We are now up to colouring our owls, and the are looking pretty cool!

Here is a cute owl, just ready to be coloured.

We welcomed back the basketball and netball people, and then we tidied up the class. It is home time, and the bell has rung. All the people are crowding around the cubbyholes, getting ready to go.

Welcome back!
