25th Wednesday February 2015

We started the day with a morning run then did the roll using te reo Maori and the sentence was he aha kei roto I to pouaka Kai. It means what do you have in your lunchbox.
And then we played a game of fry the pig and the number was 6381.Fry the pig is a number game like hangman when you write a number. and we have to guess it if we say a digit in the number then we have to work out where it is in the number and if we get it wrong Mrs Roberts, starts drawing parts of a pig.Mrs Roberts was talking to us about if I had this money how many ten dollar notes will I will have.

After all of that we did maths,
Red group did putting decimals into fractions.
Blue group did tenth sand hundredths.
Green group did working with money.
Yellow group did a maths worksheet .
After was morning tea.

After morning tea was silent writing we were writing about a shipwreck.
We also geared Mrs Roberts story, Elena's story and Makaia's story, they were all really good.

Kayla's writing.

After our silent writing we had to choose writing buddies .
After all our writing we were working on our solo taxonomy for assembly. In our solo taxonomy we will be showing the parents in assembly what it is all about.
