 Today we started of with the roll then Jumpjam in the hall after that we started maths.  This photo is of our maths must do's can do's.

After maths it was morning tea. Next we went into kea to have a bit of a talk about maths practice.

After we had talked about maths practice we read some more of our book.

After the book we did reading in groups.

After group reading we did writing, then it was lunch. After lunch we did more stuff on our Olympic slide show then it was home time.

25 July 2016

Today we started of by doing Jumpjam, then we did the roll and went in to kea, to do some stuff about the oylimcics. Mr Sheehan was asking us about what we would do if we were in the olympics. Then Mr Sheehan was talking about when the wall in between kea and Ruru gets knocked down.

After that we did a little blog sort of thing about our holidays.

After that we did the holiday blog and then it was morning tea.

After morning tea we went to the library and did some work and we did an activity with Nadine, then it was lunch. After lunch we did the roll Lucy did the roll for us.

After the roll we went into kea to read some more of The lion the witch and the wardrobe, this book is about four kids that explore a world that is in a wardrobe.

After we read some of the book we planed the start of an report about the olympics.

 Then Mrs olds read us an article. Next it was home time!

5th July Tuesday

Morning everyone, today we started off with Jumpjam and then did the roll. For the roll Mrs Roberts said "Kei Te aha koe?" Meaning what are you doing? And she also said for the roll, I te aha koe? Meaning what were you doing?

Then after that we did some must do's can do's. After that it was morning tea.

After morning tea we did some reading with kea and we read The Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe.

Then we did some more of our hero reports.

 

After that Nicholas shared his holiday slide show form when he was in America.

 

 

 

 

Now it was time for Folk dancing.

 

 

Then it was lunch.

After lunch Mrs Roberts read to us and kea class The Lion the witch and the wardrobe.

 

After reading, we did finishing off. Some of us did our hero reports, others did must do's and others did art work.

 

 

 

 

 

After a while the class did GoNoodle and we then did more work.

After we finished our work, Mrs. Roberts read a book to us until the bell rang for home time.

When the teacher finished reading she said bye to the Kea students and then she said farewell to the Ruru students.

Monday 4th July

Morning everyone, hope you had a nice weekend. This week is Maori language week so after the roll we started to learn some more Maori language. We learned that Hoa means friend, Ira means look at that, and learned much more! After learning a bit of Maori, we did maths.

 

For maths some of us were doing must do's can do's, some of us had a work shop, or some of us did our maths practice.

 

 

 

 

 

After all of that hard working, it was morning tea.

After morning tea, we went over to the library with kea class to read Grandpas great escape!

 

The chapter we were up to was called Pants on fire!

After we finished that chapter the next one was called An army of oldies!

After that chapter the next one was called Goodbye.

 

 After all that reading we finally finished the book! 

After reading it was lunch.

After lunch we started reading a new book as a class, and the book was called The Lion, The Witch and the wardrobe.

 

 

Then it was the end of the day.

Today after the roll Nicholas sheared a bit his holiday presentation and because  was Friday we were going to be playing some recorders.

 

 

Not long after we sheard our homework.

After morning tea we carried doing some art form yesterday and our projects from Monday 

After lunch, we went to Whanau groups and then Assembly.
