Thursday 29th October 2015

Today we started the day of with the roll then we did some problem solving we then did our games this is mine and Annas this is me and Anna playing with Elizebeth I got out first go !!!

I am rain Anna is vapour and Elizebeth is the CAT !!!

Poor me I am out 

Then it was morning tea after morning tea we did silent reading after readings we went to the library then we came back and did our reading groups .

This is my group ,Blue 

This is Red group.

This is Green group .

And this is Yellow .

Mrs Old said that we had to read till lunch time and after lunch some time we could play a game ,I think it was going to be lunch time .

After lunch time Mrs Olds read us the book she us been reading to us .

Then we went and played a game with a dodge ball in a circle with people in a line in the middle 

Then we came back and did our inquiry's 

Then it was the end of he day.

 

Wednesday 28th October 2015

Today we started the day of with the run , and we read out the jobs list .

We did a thought full saying and problem solving this is the saying .

Then we worked out the problem solving in our maths books .

Today Aquarius they came t talk to us about water.

Then it was morning tea 

After morning tea we read some of the book Mrs Olds has been reading to us , we then did reading groups by then it was lunch .

After lunch we did our inquiry's. 

Then it was the end of the day .

Tuesday 27th October 2015

Today we started the day of with the run ,the Roll,buses and the news.

Then we did maths some people did rounding and compensating others did near doubles and people who weren't doing those did mathletices  .

Then it was morning tea .

After morning tea we did silent reading we also did reading groups .

By then it was lunch 

After lunch we did some work on the inquiry .

Afternoon that Mrs Roberts said that we were going out for a game Mrs Roberts asked Toby what he wanted to play Toby s aid DODGE BALL !!! 

Then it was to end of the day.

Friday 23rd October

Today we started off with the birthdays.

We had Jonothans and Tilly's birthday.

We only had time to do Jonothans because we had recorders.

Then we did finishing of work.

After morning tea we did our P.A.T test.

Then we did homework but the white board wasn't working so we just have to go with our opinion.

Then Kayla shared her how to sea kayak extra home work.

Then we started finishing off work like our inquiry, reading fair project 

 

Thursday 22nd October

Today we started off the same old things roll,news centre and bus.

Today is Jonothans birthday he turned 11.

Then we did some more math problems.

Then we did magic squares 

 

Then Miss olds showed us a picture to make a game.

Then it was morning tea,it was raining so we put go noodle on and we did the whip/naenae three times.

After morning tea we read some more of the book.

Then we went to the library. 

This is our librarian Nadine but we call Mrs Davidson.

We were talking about water.

Miss Olds read two book to us one of the book was Apple sauce and the Christmas Miracal.

Wednesday 21st October

Today we started off with the run and the roll.

But today instead of Mrs Roberts we had Miss Olds teaching us.

We will have Miss Olds for the rest of the week.

After that we had to do the news centre.

Then we did the basic facts. Afterwards we did a problem solving game. With four problems.

Afterwards we played some maths games or mathletics, for five minutes.

After Elena showed some news of her picture she drew in the weekend.

Then Miss Olds read a book to us it was called Driving a Bargin.

She read the book till morning tea time.

After morning tea we read for some time I was reading Pippi longstocking.

Then we did our reading comprehension test.

 When we finished it was twelve o'clock.

Then Miss olds read some more of the book.

Then we played dodgeball plus.

Then it was lunch.

After lunch we did the roll and then we did singing we sang silent night for our Christmas concert and we also sang any dream will do.

After we read some more of the book.

After we did our reading fair project or our inquiry.

Then it was home time.

Tuesday 20th October

Today we started off with the run and talking about some more of our school values.Today we had to run on the concrete because there was a big dew in the night, we had to run six laps.Then we came in and did the housekeeping.The housekeeping is he roll, bus board and the news centre. After the Keas came into our classroom to talk about our maths for today.

Here's a new thing on mathletics it's called spelldrome

Then it was ten five teen and that means Morning tea.

After morning tea we came back to the class room and we looked at what we were doing this afternoon we were doing reading groups, the rest of the plays and our inquiry and reading fair inquiry.

Then we read a chapter of undone.

This book is about a little girl and her dad and they were camping in the woods but then he met a little boy called Phillip and he lived in a bat cave.

Then we did our reading groups.

After we went into kea and showed them how to write constructive criterium on other children's writing.

After lunch we did the roll and after we went into kea and shared the rest of our plays.

This is Maddys she was risk taking because she did it by herself.

Then when we finished we continued doing our inquiry or our reading project

 

Then we went out to play a game.

The game we played was dinosaur ball.

Monday 19th October

Today we started off with the run, we talked about our solo tokens and what our school values are and we had to do five laps around the field.Then we had Kea class come in to talk about our maths, for this morning.

Then it was morning tea.

After morning tea we waited for Mrs Roberts to come back.

When she came back we went into Kea Room to talk about our inquiry.

Next we got called back to the mat ten minutes before lunchtime to talk.

Then we went out to lunch.

After that we had lunch Mary shared her news

Then we shared our School Values presentations 

There were ten or eleven groups.

The were some funny ones and some would teach you how to do these thing .

We started at one thirty-five till two fourty-six.

Then we packed up the class room.

After we packed up we read Paul Jennings Undone.

We read untill home time.
